About the program

For practicing simulation educators: designing complex multidisciplinary scenarios, advanced debriefing models, in situ simulation, and simulation-based assessment. The program is based on experiential learning: the learner practices the skill in a safe environment that mimics reality, then analyzes their performance with peers and the instructor in a structured debriefing session. It is delivered by accredited instructors in small groups that give each learner enough time for practice.
