About the program

A practical introduction for new simulation educators: principles of simulation-based learning, operating the manikin, running a simple scenario, and basic debriefing afterwards. The program is based on experiential learning: learners practice the skill in a safe environment that mimics reality, then analyze their performance with peers and the instructor in a structured debriefing session. It is delivered by certified instructors in small groups that give each learner enough time to practice.

The first time I led a resuscitation team with confidence. The program is well worth it.
